OnPraxiaPackages
Three packages. One set of books.
Essentials for the daily paperwork, Full for the business that keeps its own books, Practice for the accountant who keeps them for others. All on the same platform, for businesses anywhere, with Cyprus rules built in, in English and Greek.
The packages
Essentials, Full and Practice, side by side.
A few headline features of each. The full walk-through is inside, by invitation.
Package
Essentials
For a small business, or a practice's client who only does the daily paperwork: sales, bills and documents, with the books left to the accountant.
- Invoices paid sooner: a payment QR on every invoice for a bank transfer, and reminders that go out by themselves
- Quotes that become invoices with one click, and recurring invoices sent on their schedule
- Supplier bills by e-mail or upload, read and checked, waiting for your approval
- Documents filed and found in seconds
- The iPhone and Android apps, for invoices and bills on the go
Package
Full
For a business that keeps its own books without an accountant, like a restaurant with twelve staff that runs its own payroll and its own VAT: every module switched on.
- Bank statements matched to their invoices and bills, with cheques and a cash forecast
- Payday in one approval: payslips, the bank file and the Social Insurance file
- A till at the counter and tickets for the kitchen, with the day's Z report
- Stock, sales and purchase orders, and your online shop's orders, all in the same books
- The ledger, VAT, and month and year end
Package
Practice
For accounting practices with a few clients or hundreds: the whole system for the practice's own work, and the modules it chooses for each client.
- Every client on one screen: today's work, the work board and every deadline
- You choose each client's modules: Essentials, Full or your own ticks, changed any time
- New client accounts from your workspace, each with the package you pick
- The payroll month for all your payroll clients on one board
- The AML file for each client, screened with IXXO's DueCheck
How it works
The practice decides what each client sees.
From the client's row, the practice switches modules on or off for that client: Essentials, Full, or its own ticks. A module that is off leaves the client's menu and apps, never the books: every invoice and bill still posts, and the practice always sees everything.
- Changed any time, client by client
- Every change kept in the audit trail
- A client who pays for itself asks the practice first for a new module
Use cases
Five days that get shorter.
Invented names, real features: what OnPraxia does today, and the time or the worry it takes away.
A café or a shop
Close the till. The day is already in the books.
Maria rings up orders on the tablet till at the counter, by card and in cash, with every price VAT included in price. At closing the day's Z report is done and the sales are already posted; the kitchen's supplier bills came in by e-mail and wait for her yes.
Takes away: the evening of adding up receipts, and the box of bills for the accountant.
A service company
From quote to cash, without the chasing.
Costas sends a quote and, when the job is done, turns it into the invoice with one click. His customer pays from the payment QR in the bank's app. If the due date passes, the reminder goes out; once the bank statement is in, the payment is matched to its invoice and posted.
Gives back the Friday afternoon of chasing payments and ticking bank lines by hand.
A payroll client
Payday in one link.
Each month Costas sends the changes to Eleni and Andreas, his accountants, from one link: overtime, sick days, a new starter, a bonus. They run the month and send it back, and he approves it from a link too. The payslips are e-mailed, and the bank file and the Social Insurance file are ready.
No more spreadsheets back and forth, and no change missed.
A practice at VAT week
Eighteen clients, one VAT week.
On Monday Eleni opens the quarter: her clients' sales, bills and bank are already posted, so the returns are prepared and checked. Through the week the clients approve their returns from a link; the two still waiting get one reminder each, and by the deadline every return is ready to submit.
Saves days of collecting papers before every deadline, and the fear of missing one.
A business and its accountant
One set of books, two desks.
Nina issues an invoice at the business; at the same moment it is posted in her accountant's ledger. When she is not sure about a fuel bill, she asks her accountant from her dashboard with the bill attached, and the answer comes back in OnPraxia. No exports, no files by e-mail, no month-end pile.
The month-end handover and the re-typing are gone, and no question gets lost in e-mail.
The innovation behind it
Built differently, on purpose.
What makes OnPraxia more than invoicing software, in every package.
One platform, one set of books
The business and its accountant work on the same data, not on copies: what one does, the other sees at once. The client decides who has access.
Our own bill reader
Supplier bills are read by OnPraxia's own reader on OnPraxia's own servers, and it learns each supplier's layout as you approve. Your bills are not sent to outside services.
A signed QR on every document
Besides the payment QR, every document OnPraxia issues carries a signed check code. Anyone can check that it is genuine, and a company on OnPraxia adds it to its bills exactly, with nothing to read or type.
Government filings prepared
VAT returns, the VIES statement, Social Insurance files and the tax forms prepared with their checks, ready to submit after the client's approval, each with its due date and status in one place.
How it's built
- E-signatures sealed by OnPraxia: contracts and engagement letters signed online, the signed PDF with OnPraxia's seal and a signed time.*
- An audit trail that cannot be quietly changed: every action recorded with who and when, each record chained to the one before it.
- Security to the EU Cyber Resilience Act: stored files and backups encrypted, every component watched nightly for weaknesses, and a public way to report a security problem.
* An advanced electronic signature under eIDAS (EU 910/2014).
