This page covers the OnPraxia apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, and the OnPraxia program they connect to.
Who is responsible

We decide how your account details are used. The business records you enter belong to your company, which decides how they are used; we handle them on its behalf.
What the app handles
Your name, e-mail address and sign-in details; the records of the companies you work for, such as invoices, customers, suppliers, bills and the people named in them; and the bills you scan or import.
Permissions on your phone
Camera: only when you choose to scan a bill. Face ID or fingerprint: checked by your phone, and we never receive it. Notifications: only if you allow them, and you can turn them off in your phone's settings.
What we use it for
To sign you in, show and save your company's work, send the e-mails and notifications you expect, keep the service safe and answer you when you ask for help. The app has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell your data.
Who else handles it
Amazon Web Services sends our e-mail, from its Frankfurt region. Google Firebase delivers notifications to Android phones, and Apple to iPhones. Your company can also choose to connect other services, such as a payment provider.
How long we keep it
While the account is open. When a company closes its account it can export its records for 90 days; they are then kept read-only for the period the law requires for accounting records, and deleted after that.
Delete your account
E-mail support@onpraxia.com from your account's address and ask us to delete it. We remove your sign-in and personal details, except what the law requires us or your company to keep, such as issued invoices. If you work for a company, its administrator can also remove your access.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, by writing to support@onpraxia.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by e-mail.
