Terms of service

The service

OnPraxia is software for running a business and working with its accountant: invoicing, bills, accounting, payroll and documents, on the web and in phone apps. It is provided by IXXO Cart Ltd ("we") to the company that opens the account ("you"), for business use.

Your account

You choose who has access and what they may do, and you are responsible for what is done under your account. Keep sign-in details safe, and tell us at once at support@onpraxia.com if you think someone else has them.

Your records and your obligations

OnPraxia helps you keep records and prepare documents, but it does not give accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for what you issue and submit, and for your tax and legal obligations. Check figures with your accountant.

Trial, plans and payment

A new account starts with a free trial, normally 30 days. After that the plan shown in your account applies, at the price shown there before you pay. If a payment is overdue we may restrict the account after 14 days, having told you first.

Fair use

Do not use OnPraxia for anything unlawful, to send spam or misleading documents, to reach another company's data, or to disturb the service or test its security without our written permission. We may suspend an account that does so, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Your data

Your records stay yours. We handle them only to provide the service, under our data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep OnPraxia available and back it up daily, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We announce planned work where we can, and we may improve or change features over time.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. For 90 days afterwards you can export your records. After that they are kept read-only for the period the law requires for accounting records, and then deleted.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before. If you do not accept the change, you can close your account before it applies.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any right the law gives you where you are. If the English and Greek versions differ, the English version applies.
